CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. The Promoter's employees and their immediate families, its associated companies, its agencies associated with this promotion, and associated prize partner companies are ineligible.
3. Entries must comply with these Conditions of Entry to be valid.
4. Promotion commences at 12 midnight EST on 28.08.06 and closes 12 midnight EST on 31.08.06. The judging will take place at 12 midday EST at webpointclassifieds Pty Ltd, 77 Atherton Road, Oakleigh VIC 3166 on Monday 04.09.06. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. 50 Words or Less: This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. To enter consumers must tell us what they think of the new HSV E-Series in 50 words or less.
6. Total value of the prize given away in this game of skill is valued at $500. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
7. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that their contact details, especially email address details, are correct at the time of entry. Any costs associated with accessing the website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
9. If for any reason this competition cannot be run as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and subject to any written direction given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition which may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.
13. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for: tampering with the entry process; acting in violation of these terms and conditions; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
14. In the event that the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize at their sole discretion, to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments.
15. The Promoter may conduct a further draw at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 04.11.06 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date. (Original winners have 30 days to respond before prizes are deemed unclaimed.) In the event of an unclaimed prize draw, the subsequent winner will be notified by email.
16. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. This information will not be used for any other purpose, other than to contact the winning entrant of the competition.
